OneSchool Global serves approximately 8,000 students across 123 campuses in 20 countries. As the network expanded, safeguarding governance became increasingly difficult to manage. The various systems and documentation from each new location meant leadership had fragmented views of trends, risks or the quality of practice across regions. Safeguarding recording methods varied significantly between campuses, and staff confidence in recognising and reporting concerns was inconsistent. Auditing chronologies remotely had become challenging.

Governance discussions are data informed, with monthly reviews analysing timeframes, trends, and emerging risks. Thanks to the centralisation of documents and processes of CPOMS StudentSafe, the organisation can evidence safeguarding practice that meets or exceeds statutory expectations in every country it operates.
