Kit for Kids Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Entrants must book a demo for any CPOMS product for which their organisation does not already have an active license. Entrants must input the promotional code ‘KIT500’ when booking a demo in order to enter. One entry allowed per organisation. Entries close 5pm BST on 30th April. Entrants must be authorised staff members or representatives acting on behalf of the organisation. Winners must agree that their organisation’s name, location and relevant activity may be used by CPOMS Systems LTD for promotional purposes, including use on social media, newsletters and website announcements. A winner will be selected via random selection and contacted by email within 14 days after the closing date. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entries must include accurate and complete contact details for verification purposes. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered. Winners must confirm their acceptance of the prize within 10 days of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and CPOMS reserves the right to select an alternative winner. This promotion is subject to change, suspension or cancelation if unavoidable circumstances arise, but CPOMS will endeavour to minimise any impact on participants.
