This partnership introduces an integration between CPOMS StudentSafe™ and TACaccess, enabling sessions to be automatically recorded within a pupil’s safeguarding chronology in CPOMS StudentSafe. By bringing therapy information into the same secure environment staff already use, schools gain a clearer, more connected understanding of each pupil’s needs.
Introducing the CPOMS–TACaccess Integration
When a therapy session arranged via TACaccess is marked as complete, essential details —including case number, therapist name, session date/time, pupil identifier, and optional notes — flow directly into the pupil’s CPOMS StudentSafe chronology.
This automated process reduces manual data entry for safeguarding and pastoral staff, while helping ensure therapeutic information is captured accurately, consistently and within one centralised safeguarding system.
