This integration enables call-related safeguarding concerns to be captured directly from within the Evonex Connect app into a pupil’s safeguarding chronology.
Introducing the CPOMS–Evonex Integration
When a staff member receives or makes a call in Evonex Connect and identifies a concern, they can log it directly using the “CPOMS Incident” button within the app. After selecting the pupil and adding details, the incident is submitted to CPOMS StudentSafe, along with relevant call information such as date and time, call type, and history.
Because Evonex surfaces pupil and contact information from the school’s MIS during each call, staff can capture concerns with the relevant context already available — without needing to switch systems or follow up later.

From Call to Safeguarding Record
By connecting phone calls directly to safeguarding records, schools can capture concerns at the point they arise and review them alongside wider safeguarding activity. This helps teams move beyond reacting to individual incidents and build a more proactive understanding of emerging concerns.
